The Minnesota Landscape
Water is a constant voice that echos throughout the life blood of the Northern Minnesota landscape. This area is home to the most visited wilderness area in the country; the Boundary Waters Canoe Area Wilderness as well as shoreline along the largest freshwater lake in the world: Lake Superior. There is immense duality in the landscape, the calm of an inland lake at dawn contrasts with the ferocity of a Lake Superior gale.
